These terms govern browsing and purchases through the Vareisse online store.

These terms govern browsing and purchases through the Vareisse online store. Vareisse is the trading brand used by Aurex Commerce FZ-LLC, with its registered office at CWIP1628, Compass Building – Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Legal form: Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC). Region: Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Registration number: 0000004097695 (RAKEZ Registrar of Companies). Licence number: 46002783. Registration authority: Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ). Use the contact form on this website or email info@vareisse.com.

These terms apply subject to mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence. Placing an order requires legal capacity to enter into a contract and accurate information.

Vareisse offers clothing and accessories as described on individual product pages. Descriptions, sizes, measurements, colours, materials and photographs are presented with care. Minor differences may result from screen settings, lighting or manufacturing tolerances. Material discrepancies and defects remain covered by statutory conformity rights. The catalogue may be updated and products are available only while actual stocks last.

Prices are normally displayed in euros (EUR), unless the website expressly indicates otherwise. Taxes and mandatory charges are disclosed before purchase confirmation as required by law. Catalogue price corrections do not change orders for which a binding contract has already been concluded. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Vareisse may take action within the limits permitted by law, refunding all amounts collected if an order is validly cancelled.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded according to the information presented at checkout and in confirmation communications. An automatic acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud or obvious errors are identified, the seller may refuse or cancel an order within the limits of the law and refund any amounts due.

The payment methods actually accepted are shown at checkout. Transactions are processed by specialist providers, which may apply authentication and fraud-prevention checks. Anyone using a payment method confirms that they are authorised to do so. Security assessments or refusals by the issuer are also subject to the relevant provider’s terms.

Preparation usually takes 1–2 working days. Vareisse may use independent manufacturers, warehouses, fulfilment centres and carriers to store, pack and deliver products. Depending on the supply chain, items may be shipped directly from suppliers in China or other countries rather than a European warehouse. Using third parties does not transfer the seller’s mandatory legal responsibilities to the customer.

Free standard shipping is offered for European destinations served at checkout. Standard delivery is estimated at 2–6 working days. Orders handled through international logistics networks may take approximately 15 working days and, in exceptional circumstances, longer. Estimates are not guarantees of delivery on a specific date. Customs checks, public holidays, high demand, weather and transfers between carriers may cause delays. Customers retain their statutory rights for late or failed delivery, including the 30-day rule where applicable unless a different period has been validly agreed.

Where EU consumer protections apply, the risk of loss or damage normally remains with the seller until the goods are physically delivered to the consumer or a nominated person other than the carrier. Different rules may apply when the customer independently chooses and commissions a carrier. Customers must provide a complete address and promptly report errors; changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Consumers covered by European distance-selling rules normally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Vareisse also offers free returns for eligible returns in Europe when customer-care instructions are followed. Use the contact form on this website or email info@vareisse.com. An unequivocal withdrawal notice may be submitted through either channel. Operational details are set out in the Returns and Refund Policy.

For valid statutory withdrawal, refundable amounts are returned without undue delay and normally within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld where permitted by law until the products are received or proof of return is provided. The original payment method is normally used. Refunds also include original standard delivery costs where required, but not necessarily additional charges for premium transport options.

The right to change your mind is separate from the statutory guarantee for defective or non-conforming products. In consumer transactions governed by EU rules, this guarantee normally lasts at least two years from delivery and may provide rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination, in the circumstances and order prescribed by law. Customers are not charged costs that the law places on the seller.

International shipments may be subject to customs formalities and import checks. Taxes and mandatory charges payable by customers are handled and disclosed under applicable law and before purchase where required. Customs clearance may delay delivery.

Texts, photographs, trademarks, graphics and other original content belong to their respective owners or are used under appropriate rights. Compromising site security, attempting unauthorised access, using fraudulent methods or reproducing protected materials without permission is prohibited. Vareisse may apply proportionate abuse-prevention measures.

Suspicious requests, unauthorised payments or potentially fraudulent returns may undergo reasonable checks without preventing legitimate consumer rights. Exceptional events outside the seller’s control may affect fulfilment within the limits of the law. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including those relating to fraud, defects and consumer protection.

Contracts are governed by the law determined under the relevant rules. Choosing a law other than that of the consumer’s country of residence does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections. For complaints, use the contact form on this website or email info@vareisse.com. Judicial and out-of-court remedies remain available under applicable law.

These terms may be updated, but the version applicable to an order is generally the one in force when the contract was concluded. For additional information, consult the Privacy Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, Shipping and Returns Policy and Cookie Policy. Mandatory legal provisions prevail in case of conflict.
