Returns and Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Information about withdrawal, returns, refunds and statutory guarantees for Vareisse purchases.
0114-day right of withdrawal
Where European distance-contract rules apply, consumers may withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of physically receiving the goods without giving a reason. For orders delivered in several shipments, the starting date follows applicable law. An unequivocal notice sent within the deadline is sufficient.
02How to withdraw or request a return
Use the contact form on this website or email info@vareisse.com. Include your name, order number and affected items where possible. A reason may help customer care but is not required for statutory withdrawal. Customer care will provide authorised return instructions. The address printed on a parcel may belong to a logistics centre and may not be the correct return destination.
03Time limit for sending goods back
After valid withdrawal, products must be returned without delay and normally within the following 14 days unless more favourable rules apply. Keep the dispatch receipt and tracking code as proof of compliance.
04Condition of returned clothing
Clothing may be tried on as reasonably possible in a physical shop to assess fit and characteristics. Where possible, return labels, accessories and original packaging. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove the statutory withdrawal right. Excessive handling beyond what is necessary may, only where lawful, result in a reduction corresponding to the loss in value.
05Free returns in Europe
Vareisse provides free return shipping for eligible items within Europe when the procedure authorised by customer care is followed. Depending on the shipment, a prepaid label, drop-off point or another return method may be provided. Independently purchased expensive return services are not automatically reimbursed without prior authorisation or a legal obligation.
06International returns
The return destination may differ from the parcel’s origin or the seller’s registered office. The authorised destination is supplied in the return instructions. To avoid delays, do not send parcels to unconfirmed addresses.
07Refunds and payment method
For valid statutory withdrawal, Vareisse refunds amounts due within legal deadlines, normally no later than 14 days after receiving the notice. For physical goods, reimbursement may be withheld where lawful until the goods arrive or proof of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first. Refunds normally use the original payment method and incur no additional refund fees for the consumer. Final crediting times may depend on the payment intermediary.
08Amounts included
A statutory withdrawal refund includes the price of returned products and original standard delivery charges that must be reimbursed by law. Voluntarily selected supplements for delivery more expensive than the standard option may be excluded where permitted.
09Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods
If an item is incorrect, defective, incomplete or materially different from its description, use the contact form on this website or email info@vareisse.com. Include the order and problem. Photos or videos, if available, may help assessment but do not remove guarantee rights. Where required, the seller bears necessary costs of repair, replacement or other remedies owed to consumers. No 24- or 48-hour reporting limit automatically cancels statutory rights.
10Statutory guarantee and remedies
For purchases covered by European rules, the conformity guarantee normally lasts at least two years from delivery. Consumers may receive statutory remedies such as repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or contract termination with a refund. The remedy depends on the defect and legal conditions; an immediate refund is not necessarily the first remedy for every non-conformity.
11Incorrect size or colour selection and exchanges
If you choose an unwanted size, colour or variant, you may use the right of withdrawal where applicable and the return procedure. A direct exchange is not guaranteed for every item; a return followed by a new order may be offered. This is different from an incorrect delivery attributable to the seller.
12Exceptions to withdrawal
The law may provide exceptions for clearly personalised goods, goods made to individual specifications or certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened. Applicability depends on the actual product: clothing is not excluded solely because it is discounted or purchased in a promotion. Statutory guarantees for defects and non-conformity always remain.
13Cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel a newly placed order, use the contact form on this website or email info@vareisse.com. Preparation may already have started through automated systems or external suppliers, so stopping dispatch is not guaranteed. Withdrawal rights after delivery remain applicable.
14Refused or uncollected parcels
Failed delivery caused by refusal or non-collection is assessed according to the circumstances, applicable law and information given to the consumer. Costs or deductions apply only where lawful. Refusing delivery does not necessarily amount to a formal withdrawal notice.
15Lost returns and pending refunds
Use the tracked return service indicated by Vareisse and keep proof. If a refund has been issued but not credited, check with your bank or payment provider, then use the contact form on this website or email info@vareisse.com. Include the order number.
16Fraud checks
The seller may proportionately investigate requests showing anomalies or potentially fraudulent behaviour without unlawfully limiting withdrawal, guarantees or other mandatory remedies.
